As we enter the week of Thanksgiving we are reminded of the need to express gratitude. Gratitude opens the doors toward a mindset of positivity and appreciation. Gratitude lets us stay focused on our goals. One of the best ways to manifest a desire is with journaling. Journaling can be short and to the point.
