Consider private yoga classes. Private classes allow you to work efficiently and effectively on a condition to allow for space to create in the mind and body. 

Our instructors are more than welcome to accommodate individual lessons or sessions. Pricing varies on the instructor. Currently our private class range is $30-$60 per session.
