Back Care Yoga
As most of you know, I am in graduate school, completing my master's degree in yoga therapy. In the second year of the program, I have entered in clinicals. This is where I can take the knowledge I have learned and apply it to yoga therapy.

I have been working on my clinical notebook and have created some worksheets for takeaways. I thought here would be a fun place to share my findings with you. I started with information on Back Care. In my studies, I was amazed that 80% of Americans at one point in their life deal with back pain for over a day. Yoga can complement traditional medical care. This is done with movement of the body, breathwork, and curiously explore the origin of the discomfort.
I hope you enjoy this handout. If you are needing back relief, please attend our Back Care Yoga class offered Tuesdays at 6:45 pm.
